The S.T.E.P.S. Disaster Relief Services are funded by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and Alliance for Aging to assist victims of the 2008 hurricanes, floods and other natural disasters.
What we do
S.T.E.P.S. works with clients helping coordinate repairs, transportation, benefit application assistance and referral, and an array of personal home care assistance. The S.T.E.P.S. team will also work with its local partners - faith and community-based organizations, businesses, health care providers, educational institutions, government agencies, and volunteers - to better address the needs of those individuals and even businesses affected by disasters.
